Crock Pot Taco Soup

There is nothing more comforting than sitting down to eat a hot bowl of
anything you didn’t have slave away over the stove on. And with this quick taco soup,
you can prep it before leaving home so in the RV it’s just a quick dump in the crock pot,
stir it all together and walk away. And when your ready to eat, top with some crushed chips,
cheese and sour cream for a true comfort meal.

To make this yummy soup you’ll need…

1 pound ground beef (you can either brown it when assembling the soup or
pre-cook the ground beef at home and toss in a zip lock bag until )
1 can kidney beans, rinsed
1 can black beans, rinsed (drain, rinse and toss beans into a zip lock bag)
1 can of beef broth
1 can of corn
1 can of Diced tomatoes
1 can of Diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 1oz package or 3tbsp taco seasoning
1 1oz package or 3tbsp ranch seasoning
1 tsp onion powder

Directions

Simply toss everything together into your crock pot,
stir to mix the seasonings up and your done.

Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-5.

Serve with your favorite garnishes and sit back and enjoy.
